Jessica and her staff are the best! She is always accommodating to fit Monte in and he is always a happy boy when he comes home. Highly recommended, always friendly, professional and kind. We would never go anywhere else.

Our standard poodles get the royal treatment at Pawlished Pets! Jessica has been taking care of Oliver and Poppy for about 7 years. She cares about them, knows their quirky personalities, offers professional advice to keep them happy, healthy, and of course, beautiful! Our dogs come home with perfect haircuts and are happy to walk in her shop for each visit!

Jessica is the best! Diesel loves his spa days with her, he is so relaxed, looks handsome, and smells great! We love Jessica, she is so patient, nurturing and has such passion for animals. Thank you for all you do!

Jess was great with our anxious little baby! I was desperate to find someone I could trust after kora was mistreated at another local groomer. She only gets occasional baths and so it shouldn’t be a traumatic experience. She was happy when I picked her up and looked and smelled great!! Can’t wait for her to come back for her next spa treatment.

I had high expectations coming to this groomer based on the many positive reviews. While I’ll say she’s a great groomer and always did a good job with the cut, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. I initially brushed off her rude behavior, thinking she might’ve just been having a bad day. However, after hearing from multiple family members and friends who’ve dropped off or picked up my dog, it became clear that the rude and dismissive attitude wasn’t just a one-time thing — it’s a pattern. It’s incredibly unsettling to wonder how someone like that might be treating your pet when you’re not around. As much as I appreciate the quality of the grooming, I will not be returning. I’d rather give my business to someone who not only does a great job but also treats both clients and their pets with kindness and respect.
