They take amazing care of my babies and are superior at what they do! As long as I live in Virginia, they will always be my go to groomers. They love my babies just like I do and always make sure they are comfortable while they are being groomed.

Stephanie and her staff are so sweet and friendly from the moment you enter. As always Stephanie did a awsome job with my cat, he came out clean and smelling yummy! 10/10 highly recommend.

I took my old Old English Bulldog here for the first time. He's 11yrs old and very heavy for me to get him in and out of the tub. Not to mention he needs and hates his nails trimmed. They did a FANTASTIC job! He smells so nice, and his nails look great! They even found his neck to give him a handkerchief. I will be back!!

This place was fantastic. Such friendly staff that are very caring of animals, and they made our dogs feel comfortable. We got in quickly for a nail trim/file, and they left a nice impression. Highly recommend! 🙂

Ms. Baily comes out looking cute, clean and fluffy every time we come for a grooming. Extremely good customer service and and are very friendly. Very attentive to needs of dogs and puppies.

I called last week and left message for a return phone call. They never returned my call. Then, I called them again today (I know establishments can get busy) and was told that they aren’t taking any new pets. Good luck if you decide to choose them for your grooming needs.

Stephanie is absolutely the best dog groomer on the peninsula. We call her the dog whisper. She can handle the un groomable of dogs. My three love her. She has that special loving touch to all dogs.
