Petco Grooming

My groomer did an absolutely outstanding job. My Great Pyrenees is a big boy, and not easy to groom with an undercoat as well as a huge over coat. She genuinely seemed to love her job and my dog loved her. She took her time and it showed.

Rebecca has been the nicest and most fabulous groomer that Cody has had for over three years. He loves her and so do we. God bless you, Sweetie..

I personally have had no problems with the groomers. They listen to my concerns when I leave my dog with them. My dog is an old girl and treat her with care. I have had different groomers and all of them were friendly and nice. As of now I will continue with Petco grooming.

Cara always provides Niko with loving care and provides Niko with the perfect hair cut. She asks for my input before she does anything. Niko enjoys coming to see her. I appreciate her.

Rebekah does such n amazing job with both of my chihuahuas! Both dogs fur and skin are well bathe and groomed. I highly recommend Petco grooming and I actually referred a family member to Petco grooming and they are also completely satisfied.

Most of the time I’m satisfied with the service received but this last appointment did not sit well with me. I always provide a written description of what I need done and only two of the seven things were completed. I was very disappointed with the service. Normally three to four hours are required for service and this time my baby was ready in less than two hours and came home just the way she left as if nothing was done but a bath.

As a returning customer I excepted to be treated better, since it is my babies that I dropped off to a stranger. As a matter of fact I almost wanted to turn around and go back and get them. I am sure my dogs were treated better than me. Lucky there is a groomer that has been there for years and she knows my babies so for now on I will make sure she is the one that takes care of them. Petco please work with your employees on customer service, I expect to be greeted and acknowledged as a person. Since my appointment was for 9am and the front door was locked maybe let your customers know they can use the door for the Vet side assuring a smoother check-in (last time I was there was about 1year ago the door use to be unlocked). I had some updated paperwork so I showed up 15mins early but had not realized that there was another door. I have been using Petco grooming for 6yr now several different states and lucky for me I have never had an issue until now. My pets seem to be happy when I picked them up and the groomer did an ok job nothing exceptional she didn't even check us out to let me know how they did, I kind of expect that given the dogs cannot speak.
