The way they approached my dog the wrong way and intimidated him, at which he growled. Instead of trying to make him comfortable or let me take him to the back, they refused to serve us.

I'm leaving them a one star due to the fact that my dog had to recieve vet treatment after being groomed. I've always have had a great experience until I booked a service with Helen B. I paid for my dog to have a sanitary trim and she did not complete it. I asked why it wasn't done, she told me that they do not trim his size. Now keep in mind I've been serviced here plenty of times before and had no issue with them trimming my dog. She wasn't going to say anything until I brought it up. Then my dog balls were red and sore. She's going to tell me, "ohh it's from him licking himself." No it's not this never happened before, I'm always with him this is not acceptable. He had to be seen by there vet office, they gave him a cone to put on and some medication for his rash that he got from being in Helen B. Care. After the vets took care of my baby (which they did an aswsome job) His groomer Helen B. Is going to say to me well "I wasn't the one that serviced him it was someone else." Trying to put blame on her other co workers. Then she Said "I can cut his hair if you want." you just told me yall don't do it. (Even tho i know they do) why would I let you cut him and his balls are irritated. You told me yall don't do it, then you didn't service him even though I booked you. Then you wanna cut it now after he had to recieve vet treatment after being in your care. I just can't believe it. I've always had good reviews but this took the cake. I will take my baby elsewhere.
