I was just there and needed my dog's nails clipped. She had never been there before and they were so nice and friendly and very quick, was in and out in less than 7 minutes. Great environment inside will definitely return.

We just moved here and found Bonnie & Clyde Grooming .When we arrived we saw it was by appointment. But super excited the young lady was able to take Aubrianna and Boaz today. We were greeted welcoming, she has excellent customer service and very friendly. I know we feel very satisfied that we found our Groomer. The environment was very spacious, clean ,friendly workers. I've been bringing my baby Bruno (chihuahua mix) here for 4years. He can be very tempermental but they know exactly how to handle him and it's always a positive experience. He is always very happy and in a good mood when I pick up. Prices are reasonable and haven't really changed. Not to mention they know him by name when we come which means a lot. This is a great place to bring your pup.

I've only taken my dog here a few times, but today will be the last. Her groom looks extremely rushed, and as you can see in the photos, they even cut her skin. I understand that clipper nicks can happen, but this just looks like the result of a careless, rushed job. They should have informed me that they cut my dog, instead we had to find out when we got my dog home for closer inspection. Poor customer service and poor treatment of my senior dog. I will be finding a new groomer.

Bonnie and Clyde has groomed our dogs for 5 years and they have done a wonderful job. We have Chorkies and they are a handful. They take care of them as if they are their own. They couldn't be in better hands. Very caring and courteous personnel. I highly recommend them for all your fur babies. Hands down

I was so disappointed! We have always used Bonnie and Clyde for our previous dog who passed away about a year ago. They always did great with him and so we kept returning. So of course, when we got our new pup we took her here because we had always had a great experience but this was not the case. I am not sure if the groomer did not know what they were doing or if they were in a hurry but they completely butchered my Lhasa Poo. I have referred so many people over to them and each has had nothing but positive things to say but this is a nightmare. I would say for a bath this place is great for a grooming maybe not.
