Dog Paws & Awes Grooming

This was my first time getting my sweet baby groomed and it was a wonderful experience from the second we got there. The shop was so calming a peaceful and Takesha had such a calming a sweet presence. They were so kind to Ruby the second she got there. I came to get her and she look and felt great! They sent me videos of her experience and sent her home with a report card! I’m so blessed to have found this gem on Ruby’s first spa day and will absolutely be making Takesha my permanent groomer!

My old fur baby had a great experience. I loved the personal touch of the report card on how her appointment went. Since our girl is blind & deaf we appreciate someone taking the time to care for her. Would recommend to anyone.

Groomed our Mini Poodle Bear. Bear is usually mad at us after coming back from the groomer, but he was so happy and proud with Takesha! She did a great job and will definitely be our new groomer.

WOW! The best groomer I have ever used. My two pups look perfect, smell wonderful, and even got adorable neck wear. Bentley the male dog has a collar style neck tie and Harley my female has a collar style flower. This extra touch was unexpected but I LOVE IT! they usually tear off the tie on scarfs in two seconds. I love that these will stay put until I unbuckle them. Another huge personal touch was their REPORT CARDS. Such a great idea. I always worry how they do during their time away and Takesha did a great job grading each area of care from temperament, coat condition, ear condition and nail condition you know how well your pet handled it and if they didn’t care for it. Luckily my little guys did great. All this and a great price. I will definitely be back.

The owner/groomer is an awesome individual who really does a great job styling your dog’s coat. She is by far more reasonably priced than the big boxes. She will also post pictures of your beautiful baby afterwards.

What an amazing owner! I highly reccomend Dog Paws & Awes for all your dog grooming needs. The owner was sooo gentle with our older/anxious pups. She really is a dog whisperer. She did so amazing at making our dogs feel calm and safe! I am so glad our family found her! We will only be taking our pups to her while we live in this area. I wish I could give you 10 stars. I had an amazing experience at Dog Paw & Awes with my Pomeranian, Coco! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. As we all know, Pomeranians can be a bit feisty, but Takisha was nothing short of incredible. She was gentle, kind, and incredibly friendly, demonstrating remarkable patience throughout the grooming process. Takisha truly went above and beyond to ensure that Coco felt comfortable, especially in a new environment. Despite his initial nervousness, she worked her magic, and the cut turned out exactly as I had envisioned. On top of that, he smelled absolutely terrific after his grooming session! I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the service, making it even better. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience and will definitely be returning for future grooming needs.
