It took a few times to get her grooming right (all preference), but now it's great! Easy to get an appt. Very friendly staff. My pup seems to enjoy it there. She gets a cute bow or barrettes each time.

I never leave bad reviews but this warranted one. We have a doodle with curly hair. We asked for them to cut her body hair short, and to trim her face. They kept her for 4 hours, shaved her entire body, and shaved her entire face. I asked why they would do this, and their reply was: 1. you told us to cut her short, 2. she was matted (yes her body was, not her face), & 3. Your dog was difficult, she wouldn't let us cut her hair. I've never had that problem before here or elsewhere. Not sure if it's the language barrier or just carelessness, but it's not ok to just do as you please with others dogs.

Buyer Beware! If you love your dog, you may want to rethink bringing him/her to Paws R Us. Poor time management, your dog may take from 1 to 5 hours depending on how overbooked or rushed they are. Grooming quality questionable, maybe the language difference plays a role and you may not get what you ask for. The last time our dog was groomed, he was traumatized and was shaking, a bit feverish from stress, lost his appetite and was not himself. He was sensitive to touch and was lethargic for days. He was afraid with a broken spirit and I fear mishandled. They can be a bit rough with your dog in the way they handle them and brush them. Our dog is sweet and sensitive and not used to that treatment, almost akin to abuse. Please search out another groomer and read Google and Yelp reviews. They had 17 1 star reviews on Yelp that I wished I read beforehand.

I brought Maple in for a quick nail trim since the Dog Supplies Outlet in that plaza no longer offers free nail trims. They were very quick and efficient! Maple is a total drama queen so I had to hold her while they used the dremel but it didn't take long at all! Next time, I'll take her for a full grooming. I think it'll be good for her to get used to a real salon vs our makeshift haircuts at home. We will be back soon! 감사합니다!

They did a great job with my dog. One of the Groomers afterward was even playing with her and being loving towards her which really was sweet. I’ve never had any Groomer do that before they were fast. Efficient experience was just perfect.

Paws R Us is the best place to have your furbaby pampered and groomed! They always get my two dogs in so quickly, sometimes even the same day! The staff is nice, friendly, and they genuinely care about your pet. And you can’t beat their prices!!! Thank you Paws R Us for taking such good care of our family pets!
