The Paw Spa Pet Salon & Boutique

Unfortunately, after 6 years of taking my dogs here, I am going elsewhere, local to me, to a Master Groomer. I have 2 Multigenerational Australian Labradoodles, who are 3 and 5 years old, respectively. I took them for their appointments a few days ago. When I inquired of Diana, groomer and owner, who grooms my dogs and their knowledge of this breed. Diana stated they are groomed "however the owner wants." When I discussed my dog’s specific breed, she responded they’re "mutts!" I did not counter her comments which were condescending and hurtful. I don’t believe because of their turnover of groomers, and Diana’s attitude towards me, this is an example of a customer wanting to return, especially me. I live 45 minutes from their shop and made every effort to drop my dogs off and pick them at the appointment time. Also, my dogs can stay up to 3 hours, majority time in a cage, before I can pick them up. There was always an excuse of not enough groomer.

We love Paw Spa! Not only are they our neighbors and sweethearts, but they take amazing care of our baby Emmett. He always looks great after leaving the Paw Spa and is super happy. We can’t recommend them enough!

Always a pleasant experience. Lulu was terrified the first time she went, but they did such a great job loving & caring for her, she now feels like she’s visiting good friends. We always get a darling new outfit.

My puppy loves coming here! The groomers are so patient with my baby! Puppies aren’t easy, so I’m glad he’s in good hands with the groomers at this shop.❤️🐾🫧🐶

I love Paw Spa Salon for my 2 Maltese, Bella & Demi! It's such a peaceful environment and they always come out looking stunning. (Sorry, they don't sit still for pictures, Lol.)

My two dogs Phineas and Phoebe have been going to The Paw Spa since they were old enough to be groomed (and my parent's used to bring my childhood dog here before I was an adult with my own dogs) and the staff and owners have been nothing shy of amazing. My dogs are very wild and full of energy and they always seem to manage them with love and care. Mark will call and confirm your appointment and work with you every step of the way. I am very grateful for all of the wonderful staff! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!!

Worst dog groomer establishment ever! The staff was extremely rude, the female groomer with glasses and blonde hair did a terrible job on my dogs and even nipped the back of one of them. When I tried to explain and showed them what they did, they told me I have been 86ist from ever bringing my dogs back! That’s fine because I didn’t plan to ever bring my dogs back anyway after that last visit and also with dealing with them always never being ready to accept my dogs on time for their appointed times with them always complaining that they are short staffed being the reasons they are never ready and they even gave me a negative attitude for asking! Do yourself a favor and choose a different groomer that is more professional and will do a better job for your fur babies!
