I LOVED this grooming business !! The ladies who received my samesse cat Mocha were so sweet and professional ! They were super sweet and called me to advise me when my cat started to get anxious. I appreciate the love and care they showed my Pet Mocha! Truly recommend and will be taking my cat back again for grooming services Your business is amazing and I’m glad I found a place who would accommodate my pet to be the only one there to prevent any stress on my pet ! Truly amazing!

This was my first time taking my dogs to Furworks and it will be the last time. I was impressed with the facility which made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. I asked the groomer for a teddy bear cut on my Pomeranian. When I picked up my dog, I was extremely disappointed with their service. They shaved down my dog without my consent. In addition to giving her a cut I didn’t ask for they ruined her coat. As a groomer providing services to dogs, it is known that Pomeranian’s coat should not be shaved off because it ruins their coat. Therefore, it is a concern that these groomers are providing services to animals with lack of knowledge on what could damage animals coat. There’s absolutely no excuse for this "mess up". Even if groomers are not knowledgeable in this then more of a reason to listen to what the owner is requesting. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, however this is completely unacceptable and I would not like for any owner to have to go through this unpleasant experience.

Bruno’s favorite place in the high desert! Not only do they take the best care of my fur baby but they love on him sooo much. Always appreciate every minute they spend with my baby.

Best groomer! She even runs specials. Will continue to bring my dog because she always does a great job and has compassion for the animals! Also, clean and very nice facility! Open on Sundays too!

We have been coming to Furworks since they very first opened! We have had nothing but great service! They love my dog Bailey and spoil her! Bailey also loves them so much and is always so excited to get groomed. She always comes home smelling so good and she is so soft. I always recommend reworks to everyone I know!

They are very friendly and did a excellent job. A great job on my husky. Highly recommend and very good prices. I’ve been to other groomers in Victorville, Hesperia and let’s just say Furworks will have my husky as a client from now on.

Lori and her staff always do an awesome job with my goldendoodle Maggie! She has a lot of anxiety and they have always taken care to make it the best experience for her. They always cut her exactly how I ask and are very affordable. I highly recommend Furworks!
