my dogs name is basil and today i found out that he has some aggressive tendencies at the groomers that i was unaware of. im writing this review because every groom they handled him with patience, calmness, and gentleness and i leave satisfied every time. they never made his aggression a burden to me or him and i only learned about because im moving and they wanted to make sure he has a good groomer that’s ready for him. if i wasn’t moving i’d never leave this groomer and im really sad to. they do an amazing poodle cut and a really good job educating me, his anxious momma. thank you for all you guys do!

They did a wonderful job on our precious 4 month old standard poodle, Snoopy. They know what they’re doing, do it efficiently, and are reasonably priced. Thank you 😊 for taking special care of our baby.

1st time trying Royal Paw’s and My 9 yr Toy Poodle 🐩 was due for a grooming First Pic BEFORE Then 4 Pic’s AFTER Grooming "Mereydith" ; {Such A Sweet Lady} , she did it in 1hour and 25 minutes. I called Friday to get my poodle in she was matted and needed it done over the weekend. I had called 6 places (petsmart , and several other local groomers) in the high point area and none were available for at least two weeks yet alone the next day (I needed Saturday as I work during the week) so they saw me an I love the open concept they are not kept in cages they are kept in play pens I assume unless otherwise instructed and if you are a frequent customer and they get to know your dog they may walk in the back area gated , freely which is awesome ! My girl is spoiled and doesn’t take well to grooming as we have had bad experiences before but they did an AWESOME job! Many people cannot groom poodle correctly but I was very impressed ! It was about 3 hrs which at any other place she would have been there the entire day ! Hey Also let you pick out a bow, or bow tie for your pup to accessorize! I was really impressed and we have found ou new groomer home ♥️ I posted photos she is the white toy poodle with the pink bow. IVE ALSO POSTED MY MOMS POODLE ANS YORKIE THEY GO HERE AA WELL 😍

Today was the first visit for my babies, a corgi and a Maltipoo. My Maltipoo is very skittish and I was really worried. And my corgi had never been groomed...they did an amazing job. I was very pleased with the outcome being that I left the choice of cut to the staff. They definitely did not fail. And my babies smelled so good. They actually listened to my concerns and went with it. And prices are very reasonable for the amazing job.

I took my 3 dogs here for the first time on a recommendation of a neighbor. The staff was very friendly and my dogs looked the best they ever have. One of them can be difficult and they worked with him. I would highly suggest you try them out. Pricing was average but the haircuts was amazing. Also, I don’t know what they bathe them in but the smell lasted over a week.

UPDATE: The reason why my name isn't in your records is because I'm not the one who dropped off my dog. I'll go into further detail as to why I'm rating your establishment with 1 star, you may remember I messaged you about a month ago about the incident with my dog and the cut above his eye. I understand accidents happen, but I was not informed at the time of pick up that he had been cut above his eye. I would completely understand if you pick up the phone and give us a call and say "hey, your dog isnt allowing us to groom him properly" and stop the service instead of forcing it onto him. Within that first week he did form a scab above his eye, no I did not take him to the vet right away because of my work hours. When Saturday came, the scab had fully developed and there was no point in taking him in anymore since the only response I would have received from the vet is that eventually it would heel and it did. I'm not a nurse or anything of that nature but I do know a scab forms when blood has been exposed or if skin has been broken, not because of the "facial scrub" you claimed could have caused it. You continued to insist it was irritation but clearly it was not. Out of all of this I never received an apology let alone a refund. That being said, this is why I'm rating you this low. I'm sure any customer would want to know if anything happened during the appointment.
