I can’t say enough great things about Hydrant Pet Center! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about animals. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what my pet needed without ever making me feel rushed. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with high-quality products. You can tell they truly care about the health and happiness of every pet that walks through their doors. My fur baby absolutely loves the treats and toys we picked up! The groomers are also exceptional. They go above and beyond. Also keep an eye out for cool events! If you’re looking for a pet store that feels like a community and treats you like family, Hydrant Pet Center is the place to go. Highly recommend! 🐾

I had two Australian Shepherds (Dixie and Dallas) Dallas being a 9 month old and never been groomed before. I picked them up after and hour and a half and they looked AMAZING! Dixie has been groomed multiple times and this is by far the best groom I’ve had for her! They sent home goodie bags for each as well as Dallas got his picture taken and the groomer said other than a few minor "what is going on" moments he did great! Super pleased with the service and will definitely be going back!

What a cute little store that has every thing along with grooming and boarding at one convenient spot. They even had a cute pop up event that my Axel loved for valentine's day pics!

Mindy did an absolutely wonderful job grooming my cat, Jack. From start to finish, she was patient, gentle, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Jack looks amazing, and I could tell he was handled with care and compassion the entire time. Mindy truly has a gift when it comes to grooming — especially with cats, which isn’t always easy! Her attention to detail and calm demeanor made the experience stress-free for both of us. I’m so grateful for her work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, kind, and professional groomer. Thank you, Mindy — we’ll definitely be back! 💛🐾

I’ve been taking my Missi here for a little over a year and unfortunately I will not be returning. I booked grooming with Al and he butchered my dogs hair for no reason. It was uneven, choppy & bogus! He cut up my dogs tail! There was no matting on my dog at all. I believe he was under the influence at the time of cutting my dogs hair because i just don’t understand why he did what he did. He also cut my dogs hair too low in some spots, it was really close to the skin. When I complained and asked to speak to the manager, they lied about who the manager was. Apparently the guy behind the counter with the color nails was posing as the manager. How do I know this because how can Al tell a manager to give me a refund for what he messed up. Al said to me "why are you still mad, I’m giving you a refund" as if a refund fix my dogs butchered hair. Mindy did allow me to bring Missi back to attempt to fix the problem but nothing could fix my dogs butchered tail! I couldn’t take my dog to an event because I was ashamed of how she looked. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this place because Al still works there and truly believe he was under the influence while at work and grooming my dog.

This place was recommended to us by our vet, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first groom for him! They made sure his experience was as stress free as possible, took great care of him, all while giving him the best haircut and groom! We were so nervous how he would react to being groomed for the first time since we adopted him, but the staff was so friendly and patient! What a lovely place and lovely people, we definitely will be going here from now on!

I went by the other reviews posted to decide where to have my (very) long haired cat who gets matted every year to be shaved down. My first experience was wonderful for me and my pet. Mindy did a great job! I would recommend Hydrant for your pet's grooming.
