Was searching for a local grooming service in area for my Frenchie. I’m picky. I went with the highest rated groomer in my area and I see why they are the highest rated groomer in the area. Perfect first time experience. On time. Knowledgeable. Phenomenal job with his nails best yet. Very nice location in downtown highland and price was great. You can’t put a price on great service and the confidence to leave your baby. WOW owner Dezzy was just full of information about his diet and how that affects his coat. Loved it and she fit me in right away. I got exactly what I expected to get that’s why I only deal with the best. My dog was so happy when I picked him up that made me smile. Thank you one dog at a time! Great job

One Dog at a Time has been a saving grace for my dog Storm. He was put out of a couple grooming salons after having a long time groomer for 5 years and his veterinarian recommended Desi at One Dog at a time. She is patient and friendly and knowledgeable and skillful. She was eager and willing to assist with Storm and carefully walked me through the process. She provides information for well-rounded care in addition to excellent grooming services. I travel to Indiana because the service is top notch. Also, she provides theme bows and her grooming salon is very clean!!!!!!! I’m grateful that my dog receives such personable grooming cares Her staff is also very friendly as well. Thank you Desi!!!

We’ve been taking our cocker spaniel Steve to One Dog at a Time since he was a puppy - consistently great job and everyone is always so nice! In my opinion, prices are reasonable (we usually take him every 3-4 months and just get his nails touched up/ears cleaned elsewhere) and we’re not planning on looking anywhere else. Desi and everyone working there make sure he gets in - almost always on the day time we’re hoping for and it’s 5 minutes away. The best thing for me is he’s always excited to go in. As someone who has had bad experiences with groomers this is so important to me. Highly recommend!

Desi is awesome. I have been with her for over 11 years, and she has always been great! Very accommodating, great with pets. She understands the needs of both her human and furry clients. I would highly recommend her for all your grooming needs, and I will never go anywhere else.

I won’t take my doodles anywhere else! The thing I love the most is the consistency of every single groom because Desi and her team are so skilled. I highly recommend One dog at a time for any breed, but especially any doodle breed.

This place has been a Godsend for me and my little buddy after moving to NWI from the city (I have a 15 year old toy poodle). Desi and her team are all so amazing with the dogs that come in, and they’re so patient and wonderful with both me and my own. I would recommend One Dog At A Time to anybody looking for a good place for dog grooming, and prices are affordable, too!

Just picked up my Hallie girl and she looks and smells amazing! When I dropped her off I explained how I wanted her cut and showed pictures and they did exactly as I requested. She looks like a new dog! Great experience!
