I never thought I’d be a fan of mobile grooming, but Ellie and Aaron made the transition incredibly easy! Their convenience and comfort made it a breeze for our Doodle and German Shepherd. They managed to fully groom both of my dogs in under three hours. They arrived with all their own supplies, ensuring a quick and professional service. Plus, they took the time to teach me some tips on how to better care for my pup’s coat. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a mobile groomer!

I have used their service about a dozen times now for a bath and blowout for my two golden retrievers! They always come back, looking so fluffy and smelling amazing! So convenient as they come to my house ! Very affordable pricing and quick. My girls absolutely love Ellie and Aaron. They even took them for a walk before they’re grooming so they were nice and relaxed for their grooming appointment! The groom many of my clients dogs as well!

We couldn’t be happier with the care our dogs received while boarding here. The team made the entire experience easy and worry-free from start to finish. They treated our pups like Ohana, provided pictures & regular updates, made sure they were comfortable, exercised, and well cared for during the stay. When I picked them up,they were happy, relaxed, and clearly had a great time. The facility was clean, professional, and the staff genuinely cared about the dogs in their care. As they’ve begun expanding into the boarding world, my baby boy had the absolute best time with Aaron and his pup! I was worried leaving the country for so long as it would be my boys first time with both parents gone for more than a week but with each picture sent and every update shared my mind was at ease. My pup even came back more potty confident, and loose leash walking when I left with him still being hyper reactive and only using potty pads- so the attention and genuine care they put in shows😁 Im so grateful to have found such a reliable family to take care of him!

I cannot recommend Ellie enough. I’ve used her mobile grooming and dog sitting services, which have more than exceeded my expectations. Ellie goes the extra mile on everything - whether grooming, walking, or making pillow forts for the mutt - I feel completely confident in the services, esp since she’ll come to Waikiki! If you need grooming or dogsitting - Ellie can’t be beat.

i was hoping to get my dogs matted ears taken care of and sent picture beforehand and was told it could get taken care of but the grooming started and wasn’t completed and it just felt like a waste of money because the point was to get his ears taken care of and it never happened and i still had to pay 350 for the rest of his appointment, and i’m never one to give anyone a hard time the price is their price and that’s fine but to pay that much and for it to be very incomplete was really disappointing. could be good for other dogs to get groomed but not mine personally, it was not worth it especially because i thought mobile meant like a truck but it was in my house and my dogs hair is still everywhere after it was just really inconvenient to have to pick up afterwards and pay so much. the customer service was fine and they were nice but not worth it at all.
