From the moment we arrived, they made both me and my pup feel welcome and comfortable. My dog came home looking fantastic, clean, happy, and smelling great. It’s obvious that they take pride in their work and treat every pet as if it were their own. The attention to detail, patience, and genuine love for animals really stood out. The salon is well-run, and the entire experience was stress-free. Finding a groomer you can trust is priceless, and I’m so grateful to have found Itchy Pooch Salon. We've been taking our dog to this pet groomer for almost 4 years now, and they never disappoint! From the very first visit, we've been impressed with how gentle, professional, and caring the team is with our goldendoodle pup. They always do a fantastic job — clean cuts, great attention to detail, and our dog comes home happy, comfortable, and looking sharp every single time. They're reliable, communicative, and truly seem to love animals. It's such a relief knowing our dog is in great hands. Small place but the two ladies love dogs, and our pup always gets a nice trim, and looks amazing after! Money well spent every time we take him in.

Brought my dog here and had a great experience. They genuinely care about the dogs and exceeded all expectations! Reasonably priced and took about four hours. They communicated with me the whole time and sent pictures after it was complete. The shop is tucked inside near the elevator and is a little hard to find, but I highly recommend checking it out!

The Aunties at Itchy Pooch have been pampering my dog since 2015. My senior dog is pretty grouchy and high maintenance at times, but the owner goes above and beyond to ensure that he is well cared for and happy during all of his grooming sessions. He looks like a brand new pup every time and I would highly recommend Itchy Pooch to everyone!

Diesel LOVES seeing his Aunties! He knows where the snacks are kept in the salon and asks for some as soon as he walks through the gate! He comes home looking and smelling like a million bucks with the softest fur I've ever felt on a dog! I also get a full report on how he did during his visit. It's like picking up your child from Kindergarten! 🙂 Their salon is always so festive with seasonal decorations (done for the dogs, of course) and they are quick to respond to messages and it's been easy to get appointments; even on weekends! These ladies are the best!
