Golden Paws

DOG OWNERS BEWARE!!!! My friend brought her pup here for grooming and they CUT HER EYE. Her poor baby came home with bright red eyes. They immediately took her to the vet and they confirmed that there’s a lesion in her eye from her haircut. My friend contacted Golden Paws and they refuse to even acknowledge their mistake. They’ve ghosted them for a month already. My friends and baby Maggie deserve to be compensated on the vet bills, a refund on the grooming bill and an apology!! I would give them negative stars if I could!! I can’t imagine this happening to my own baby. Golden Paws please make things right! (I’m writing this on behalf of my friend who is not fluent in English).

Will not take my fur baby's anywhere else. They do an outstanding job. Staff Nancy is so sweet and caring. She is very attentive and will always be there if you ever have questions. I just love Golden Paws 🐾. Drive from League City, no other place like Golden Paws, they make you feel like family.

So this was my first time taking my puppy to get groomed. I came here based on recommendation from a friend and reviews. Great experience, cut his hair exactly like we wanted. Definitely gonna be going back and highly recommended. It was definitely worth the 30 minutes drive.

Having a hard time knowing how to rate. We’ve been taking our baby here for 2.5 years and they’ve always done a great job and I would leave 5 stars. However, today I went to pick my girl up and before they brought her out they let me know she had something "red on her eye and I probably didn’t notice this morning but it was already there when they put her in the bath." They brought her out and she had a massive subconjunctival hemorrhage (bruise/bleeding on the white part of the eye) my 7 year old even was like "this was not here this morning!" See picture. I immediately called my vet, she says she sees it all the time with dogs and groomers from being choked out. She was reasonable and said even with great groomers it can happen if the dog it fighting or left unattended and accidentally falls with the choke leash on. I think it’s the fact that rather than taking responsibility and being honest they acted like they didn’t know what happened and it must’ve already been there. Unfortunately I won’t be sending her back here.

They did a great job on my Yorkshire terrier today and everyone loved it. Looks like I found a good groomer service finally. Price very reasonable I have no complaints. Customer service great.

LOVE Golden Paws. They provide great service, love my puppy, and are so easy to work with. I get compliments on my dog's cuts and grooming constantly. He's an F1B Bernedoodle - so lots of fluffy hair and lots of energy.

Wow! They do a phenomenal grooming job. My cocker spaniel always looks beautiful when they’re finished. Very pleased.
