I’ve been bringing my corgis here for over two years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. Erin has groomed both Sadie and now Winnie, and she’s been incredible through every stage — so gentle and patient with Sadie in her senior years, and just as kind and attentive with Winnie as a busy little puppy. What I appreciate most is how much everyone genuinely cares. My dogs are treated like they’re their own, not just another appointment. They always come home looking amazing and happy. The shop itself is a bonus — great selection of safe chews, toys, and the cutest (and apparently very delicious) cookies. I find myself stopping in almost weekly lately. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be well cared for and loved, this is it.

We love Lindsay! She always gets my girl Lili right. We used to go to petco but I felt like they didn’t treat my dog well enough there so we tried Woof Gang and this has been my second grooming experience and we will continue coming here. I feel like Lindsay goes above and beyond and she is someone I completely trust with my pup! I asked her for red nails for Santa pics and my girl came through with red and green nails!! Thank you Lindsay.

I stumbled upon Woof Gang Bakery and instantly fell in love! This place is truly a hidden gem. The store is beautifully organized, spotless, and so inviting the moment you walk in. What made it even more special is that they bake the dog treats in-house — I even had the chance to meet the baker! You can tell there’s real care and passion behind everything they make. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel personal. And my fur baby? She absolutely loved her fresh treats! We will definitely be back. If you’re a pet parent, this place is a must-visit!

I have been bringing my dogs (3) to Woofgang Grooming for the past 5 years and loved the care and service we got. Christina has been our groomer for all three dogs and she's just the best. She is gentle, thorough, and gives the best haircuts! Many people stop to ask who our groomer is for our dogs because they look good! I like that she listened carefully to what we wanted and gave feedback on when they needed more. Just a terrific professional and person. As we move to another city, we will miss her! Highly recommend.

My dog, Buddy, is a HUGE fan of the cookies Evie makes at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming West U. Recently, Buds was dealing with a health issue that required a very strict diet, so he had to take a break from his favorite treats (he would tell you this was the hardest time of his life 🤣 ). When it came time to reintroduce foods, Evie was incredibly helpful and took the time to share the ingredients with me so we could do it safely. Happy to report that Buddy is now doing well and back to enjoying his favorite cookies, which are not only tasty, but also beautifully made and perfect for photos.

I bought three dog doughnuts from this store to celebrate my puppy’s first birthday. After eating just one, he developed severe vomiting and green diarrhea that lasted for two days. I had to throw the remaining doughnuts away. The diarrhea was so sudden and severe that he couldn’t signal in time to go outside, which is very unlike him. This completely ruined what was meant to be a happy occasion and caused my puppy real distress. I’m extremely disappointed that a well-known store would sell products that appear spoiled or unsafe. I have been a loyal customer since I first got my puppy, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

I included pictures of her hair before and after for reference. For anyone currently trying to find a groomer for their furrbaby I want to share this because I know what it’s like to be on the other side, searching and hoping you’ve finally found someone you can trust. It’s genuinely disappointing to end up with a really bad result. Her haircut was horribly done and not what I requested. I booked for a full haircut. I asked for a trimmed mane—shorter than the last visit, since it was left too long previously. Instead, her mane was shaved down completely, which is not what I agreed to. I also specifically said I wanted the body hair to be shorter and everything even. What makes this more frustrating is that I’ve booked with the same groomer at least three times. They should be familiar with what I typically ask for. If anything about my request seemed unclear or different from my usual style, she should have clarified and confirm details before making such a drastic change. But let’s say that’s what I asked for ( to have her mane shaved down and her full body hair shaved) The end result looks uneven and poorly blended, especially around the head/neck area, and the sanitary area was taken so short that it leaves her uncomfortably exposed, and you can see the groomer messed up and gave her a bald spot. And in the pictures you all will see what I’m talking about. On top of that, the pricing was not transparent. I was charged an additional $30 for "scissors cut"—implying extra hand-scissoring to avoid taking the coat too short—yet the final outcome looks like a full-body shave (with only areas like the tail/head left longer). That charge doesn’t align with what was delivered, and it should have been clearly explained and approved before the service proceeded. I’m leaving this review to make sure other pet parents know what they may be signing up for. It’s one thing to be unhappy with a haircut, but it’s another to pay over $100 for a result that looks uneven, and nothing like what was requested, then have no choice but to live with it for the next month while it grows out. I hope this pushes for more clearer communication, and upfront pricing, but most importantly, I hope it helps others avoid the same disappointment.
