PetSmart sucks!!! The tech makes me and my dog wait forever. We have an appointment and we are on time too. But the technician she takes people that walk in and she ignores me and my dog so unprofessional and unfortunately I took off and call the manager and complain about the technician and we never came back. Horrible service!!!
James is a fantastic groomer! Makes my dogs look amazing every time!
