Urban Pet Grooming

I have two terrier mix pups and recently made our third visit. The staff is friendly and courteous, and do a great job. Their communication is excellent via phone and text, and scheduling and payment are a breeze. Our go-to groomers!

This was my first time going to Urban Pet Grooming. My dogs were stinky from vacation and they were able to get me in the next day! Prices were reasonable and transparent. I like that they use email/texting/calling based on your preference. We will definitely be back!!

Very happy with Urban Pet services. My puppy was in need of quick services & I was able to book an appointment for the following day, for $38. Wash, ear cleaning & nail trimming and my puppy smelled amazing!

I just moved back to IB and was on the hunt for a new grooming spot for my dogs. I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff for creating such a welcoming atmosphere! They genuinely listened to our needs and offered great recommendations for both of our pups. Which in the past, its been difficult. I also appreciated how they explained their process upfront, so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. I know the prices might seem high for some, but I truly believe the packages are worth it for the amazing results!

My pet loves this place! They are kind, compassionate friendly. The big box stores did a terrible job caring for my Yorkie. They are efficient, timely and kind to my pet!!

We go here every two weeks to get our mini dachshunds nails clipped. they can be quite dramatic, but every single time, they are so patient and kind. they work well with them and go at their pace. they never complain, and they always provide amazing work! we have not used another company since finding them!!
