Great experience! Friendly owners, excellent service, and our dog came home looking and smelling great. They did an amazing job removing all her loose hair. Highly recommend Platinum Grooming and will definitely be coming back!

Totally happy with the grooming my yorkie puppy received with Platinum Grooming. My dog adored Hope and Shawn who gave caring and personalized service and went above and beyond to get my puppy back in great condition with the multi services they offer. My dog, a Siberian Husky named Nuka, has stayed here for boarding 5+ times. She was hooked after her first stay. Every time we turn on the road to go here, she gets overly excited. She tries to jump over me to get out of the vehicle, and she rushes up to the front desk for check-in and to go back to her room. They offer many routine and unique experiences for your dog. I always get a spa day booked for Nuka, and she is so fresh smelling and fluffy when I pick her up. I also pick her treats from a menu, and her favorite is the ice cream bowls. My favorite experience she did was a painting class. Nuka came home with her very own artwork of flowers featuring her paws. We will continue to exclusively use this place for our dog’s boarding needs.

The ladies at Platinum Grooming and Boarding have been wonderful to work with! They’re always professional, the place is clean, they make sure not to pass dogs right next to each other and their boarding was top notch for my Aussie Theo. I loved knowing he was getting out 4x a day and getting to play with other dogs. On our most recent trip, we were going to board him over the 4th of July holiday weekend but last minute changed plans because we found out the place we were staying allowed dogs. They told me Theo would have more fun on our trip with his family than being left behind and there was no drama about cancelling last minute! I wouldn’t make a habit of cancelling last minute but I’m glad they were not fussy about it and he could have the best dog trip of his life 😜 Thank you!! 🙏🏼

We cannot recommend Platinum enough!!! Their facility is SUPER clean and very cozy!!! They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable and loved! Our Yorkiepoo has gone for their weekday daycare and they always have the most amazing activities planned for the pups! He gets so excited when we pull up and doesn’t want to leave! Lol! He has also been boarded there and they take AMAZING care of him! We even received updates on how he was doing and pictures of him playing with new friends there. The peace of mind is priceless! He was groomed by Hope and looked SO good!!! It was his first time being groomed and they were great with him! I highly recommend Platinum for all of their services! If you’re within driving distance, this is the place to go! They are hands down the BEST!!!

Just relocated to the area and tried Platinum Groomimg for the first time for our Mini Schnauzer. Very pleased with our decision to come here. They did an excellent job grooming her in a timely manner at an affordable price. The people there were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Clean waiting and drop off area. Will definitely be back and recommend to others looking for a groomer in the area! Update... Brought Kota, our newly rescued Schnauzer in today for his first grooming, along with Darcy. Words can't express how much we like the way he turned out and the care they took with him. You never know what a rescue has previously been through and hope service providers take the upmost care of them while in their charge. And Platinum Grooming did just that! Thank you Platinum Grooming. And if you are looking for a groomer in this area, this is the only place I will recommend.

As someone who has canceled 2 grooming appointments since we moved to the area because I was so anxious to take my dog somewhere new, I could not come here fast enough to write a great review! My dog is a very anxious dog who in the past has only ever trusted one groomer to do his full groom including his nails (after many visits to build trust) and the first time he went here he left smiling, with his nails done and his hair looking great. I’m not sure how they did it but they cracked the code to anxious dogs, and they even gave him the cutest little bow. I will definitely be going here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a groomer.
