This business is poorly managed. We have been long-time customers with two golden retrievers. Despite calling ahead to say we would be 20 minutes late for a 9:00 a.m. drop off, we were told upon arrival that it was not an issue. Shortly after returning home, we received a call stating they could no longer accommodate our dog because they were fully booked. We politely explained the urgency due to allergies in our household. I explained we were not time restricted and we were happy to pick up later if they can squeeze her in. We were told "OK, no problem". Five minutes later, a manager called to reverse course, deny service, and ask that we pick up our dog immediately. As a result, nearly an hour was wasted, and service was ultimately refused despite repeated reassurances our late arrival was no issue. The disorganization and inconsistent communication reflect a serious lack of customer service. We will not be returning and would advise others to proceed with caution.

Today we rescued our 4 yr old doggie Peppa and she was in dire need of a bath and haircut. We spoke to Briana who was amazing and worked to fit us in last minute. The team was so patient with our nervous girl. They made her look so amazing. I was really impressed with their compassion and level of professionalism. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

Great place to get your pet groomed. The staff is friendly, professional, and gentle with your dog, plus, they do a great jod.

We are from out of town and reached out for a impromptu appointment. They scheduled our dog timber in without issue and with special request to not kennel him. They were very friendly and very kind they treated our boy like family. I can’t say enough good things about these two it was a great experience.

I left my 11 yr old rescued Brittany at Scenthound for a grooming session yesterday.he had been found tied to a tree in the woods, and not much was known about his previous life, so I couldn’t tell the staff how he would be. As it turned out, he was pretty good, although he had a few issues with his feet. When they brought him out to me, he looked great! I was very pleased with the job they did. And I want to compliment the staff, as well. Every one that I dealt with was nice, kind and professional. I will definitely go back to them.
