My poodle loves Terry and she is so good with him, she is good with my 18 year old chocolate lab so I couldn't ask anything more from her. And I like her myself....The picture is Spot, my Poodle.

Terri and her staff have taken care of our dog for over 5 years. I know that she is in good hands and well taken care of when getting groomed. Our dog seems very happy when she knows that she's going to see Terri. The grooming and loving treatment of our dog is important to us and we can't say enough about how happy we are with Gone To The Dog's.
Terry is amazing. After she left her previous place of employment, it took me 3 years to find her. So happy to find her again. The only groomer we have met who knows how to groom our Japanese Chen
Personally I am very upset. I have a rescue poodle mix that can be difficult to groom so i asked around and was referred to Terry. I called and spoke to her employee, who asked my how much my dog weighs and the breed. I told her a poodle mix, and around 30/35lbs. She booked me an appointment for two weeks later but since she came so recommended i waited. I walk in this morning and terry greets me with " UGH that’s a big poodle.." mind you, he’s about half the size of a standard poodle,if not smaller. She informs me that she has no cage space for him, even though there was one other dog in the entire building who was out and being groomed. She tells me that when she hears 30lbs she thinks of a very small dog and why did I not tell her he wasn’t small. I explained i was never asked the dimensions of my dog, i simply answered the question i was asked. She tells me she can’t groom him today. I, trying to work with her since i have waited two weeks for the appointment, offer to run home and grab my crate for my house, she tells me "absolutely not, we have no time for that". Frankly I’m disgusted. Things happen and mistakes are made but to blame the customer and then not even try to work with them is just wrong. I can’t speak for her grooming abilities or how she is with dogs, but as a business this was a terrible experience.
Our cockapoos have been coming to Terry for several years. They are happy and so are we. And, the store is clean!! Highly recommend!
