Pet House - Grooming, Daycare & Boarding

We have used Pet House Grooming several times now and have always had a wonderful experience! Our Aussie is almost 10 and a little on the anxious side. I feel comfortable leaving her with them for grooming, she doesn’t seem scared to go back with them and always looks well cared for when I pick her up! She’s is always dry and looks so great when we get her!

I usually wait until I've used a business several times before leaving a review just to make sure I'm giving a fair rating. Well I've been taking my little guy Mocha to Pet House grooming for a while now and I've never been disappointed. They take such good care of him and he always looks so handsome when I pick him up and the staff is wonderful! I will Not take my little guy anywhere else! Thank you Pet House💜😁

Stella just turned 5 months, and I was nervous about finding the right place for her first grooming. I’m so glad I found this gem! Booking was easy, they responded quickly, and I loved how they kept me updated about her appointment. As a first-time puppy mom, I was nervous about leaving her, but the staff was so kind, patient, and gentle that I instantly felt reassured. Stella came back looking adorable and happy, and I can tell she was well cared for. I’m so glad we found her forever grooming home! We absolutely love Pet House! Bella, my Golden Doodle, goes there for doggy daycare, boarding, and grooming, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better place to trust with her care. From the moment we arrive, she gets so excited — which says it all! The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely treats every dog like family. Whether she’s there for playtime, an overnight stay, or a grooming appointment, I always know she’s in a safe, clean, and loving environment. Her grooming always comes out beautiful — she looks and smells amazing every time! When I pick her up, she’s happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. That peace of mind is priceless. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful place right here in Keller. Since we were planning to go out of town we started looking for a doggy hotel nearby that could take good care of our fur baby. After reading some reviews we decided to go with Pet House and we're so glad we did! They really took into account that our little one, Cutie, can be quite shy and nervous around other dogs and new people. While we were away they kept us updated and even sent us adorable pictures of her whenever we asked. She looked happy and relaxed! To our surprise we learned she was doing really well around the other dogs and the photos confirmed that. When we went to pick her up we could tell she'd really warmed up to the staff, she was wagging her tail and even rolled over for belly rubs, which was so sweet! All in all, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be bringing Cutie back to Pet House again whenever we're out of town. 🩷🐶

Wow what a fantastic experience at Pet House! I’ve taken my Aussies to groomers in multiple states and we’ve loved them, but my dogs have NEVER looked as good as when I picked them up from Pet House. Multiple family members have also commented on how fantastic their hair cuts look. On top of that skill, they are also very easy to work with and easy to communicate with. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and will absolutely be back!

I brought my husky here for a full grooming session—bath, deshedding, paw and nail trim, and sanitary clean-up—and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Not only did he come out looking and smelling amazing, but I could tell he felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. I’ve taken him to a few other places before, but this spot truly feels like a home away from home. The way they treat the dogs here is different—in the best way. You can really tell they love what they do and genuinely care about the pets. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend!
