We had such a wonderful experience with our Great Pyrenees, Maggie! She was well past her groom date and honestly in pretty rough shape, but from the moment we walked in, we felt absolutely no judgment. Nothing but kindness and genuine care for our sweet girl. They did an amazing job grooming her, and she looked so beautiful when we picked her up that another customer was even taking pictures of her because she was so cute! The pricing was beyond reasonable, and the communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. They clearly explained grooming options, gave us a timeframe they stuck to, and provided updates when we picked her up. Such kind, respectful gentlemen who truly care about the dogs they work with. We will absolutely be back, and they deserve the highest recommendation!

Brought my dog here to get groomed and the owner would not let me wait in the waiting room. I was forced to stay in my car the entire time while working on my laptop. Thankfully my groomer left this place (I am still with him), but from what I heard, the dogs weren't being treated properly and that is why nobody was allowed to stay in the building (where we were able to see and hear how some groomers treated the dogs). Edit to reply: No I will not call you. This occurred over a year ago. You will not subject me to the harassment and treatment that is a fraction of the suffering the poor dogs in your care experience. Please notice that this owner is not denying that he would not let me sit in the waiting room and forced me to wait in my car for over an hour.

10000 out of 5 stars!!! Cameron and Caide were SO AMAZING. My 2 German Shepherds have not had good experiences with groomers before and I was looking for a groomer who truly loved what they do, spent the time needed with dogs who may need extra love or time, and to make sure my dogs were fully dry. They hit EVERY box! Along with my two German Shepherds I recently rescued an English Shepherd who had never had a professional groom before. We used the mobile grooming and they were AMAZING! Cameron and Caide took the time to give my boys the attention they needed and when I say my dogs wanted to go BACK into the van with Cameron and his cousin Caide, I seriously mean they tried to go back! They have never done that before! This family owned business was just so incredible! The boys look absolutely fantastic, they were so happy, and they were FULLY DRY! You could tell that Cameron truly loves what he does and has a great attitude! I seriously cannot rave enough about Cameron and the Pet Parlor family! I will definitely be using Cameron and the mobile grooming again!

They did a great job grooming my dog Ruby! It was her first time getting groomed and I’m very pleased with how it turned out!

This by far is the absolute best dog groomer that I have been able to find in DFW. I have recommended them to several coworkers and friends. My dogs honestly look forward to getting groomed whenever they go and come back looking fantastic. I can’t beat the price either. They are lower than their competitors. Highly recommended.

I was extemely please for the service Pet Parlor provided for the dog I'm currently fostering. The groomer asked questions to find out the dog's comfort level. He very effectively took care of matting on the dog and made him look wonderful. I appreciated the extra time Pet Parlor took to create a great experience for the dog! Everyone I interacted with from the call to intiate the appointment through to picking him up was stellar! Highly recommend Pet Parlor!
