Great, friendly, professional staff. They took great care of my dogs. Everyone is really great. This time, Melissa cut my two doodles' hair and they looked so great!
Bri is wonderful with my dog. He looks so beautiful when she has finished with him. She is always so helpful to me as well. To bring my boy to Bri is worth the drive to Kent! I highly recommend Petco and Bri. Also a thank you to Melissa who stepped up when Bri was sick. Very grateful and happy with the Petco team
Booking online is easy, though sometimes you have to book farther out and sometimes you get lucky! Our black lab LOVES hanging out with Bri, who always does a great job. They are friendly, understand and work with her difficulties (the dryer dragons), and always do a thorough job.
Bri, our groomer for my toy poodle and tiny Maltese is incredible. Recently, Bri let me know that my poodle, Cocos anal glands weren't normal. I got her into the vet right away and they discovered a life threatening infection. Bri saved her life. Coco had a condition called Pyometra and it had spread to her spine. We didn't know because Coco didn't show ANY signs. She was licking a bit more but otherwise zero indication. Coco had emergency surgery this last Thursday 09/11 and has recovered beautifully. Bri cares for our dogs like their own and are a pleasure to interact with. We are so so so grateful for the care and investment in our dogs. We cannot thank them enough. Huge kudos!!! Please recognize Bri for the amazing Groomer and person that they are ❣️
The groomers are wonderful. They treat my puppy with affection and kindness. She always comes out looking and smelling great!
The worst pet store ever. I am not talking about a one time visit. I write this after 8 visits. Which this is my last. The customer service is horrible. Stock of inventory and items, horrible. Self serve wash… no towels. only one tub. The trainer has no manners and the cashier/clerk is to good to acknowledge anyone. The worst Petco in the state of washington.
Melissa is the best, she makes my Cuco look perfect and fluffy.
