What The Fluff!

We adopted Lola during COVID, so she’s always been a little nervous around new people but Sarah has been absolutely amazing with her. She’s gentle, patient, and takes such thoughtful care every time Lola comes in. Lola always comes back looking adorable and happy, which says a lot given how anxious she can be. Sarah remembers her quirks and works with her pace, which gives me total peace of mind. It’s clear she truly cares about the animals she works with, and that means everything. So grateful we found What the Fluff — they’ve been a total gift for both me and Lola!

Our doggo is 13 years old and we have never had him professionally groomed. I have always cut his hair (poorly) myself and I finally decided to do some research and take him for a proper grooming. I read reviews at quite a few different groomers, and decided to book him in with Sarah at What The Fluff, and I AM OVER THE MOON! Sarah did a fantastic job with Turnip, and was so kind and thorough. Turnip looks absolutely amazing, is so fluffy, and for a doggo who hates getting a haircut, he was relatively okay with Sarah, which I attribute mostly to Sarah being so kind and lovely. We will absolutely be taking our furry man back to see Sarah again! If you're a nervous pet parent who isn't sure about leaving your dog with a groomer, I highly recommend going to What The Fluff. Your fur child will be well loved and well groomed there. We are just proper, proper chuffed with the entire experience and cannot say enough good things. Thank you, Sarah and What The Fluff!!

Laura did an amazing job on our pup Chico! I was a little worried to bring him in for his first professional grooming but Laura quickly put my mind at ease. Chico can be a little bit cautious of new people, but he warmed up to Laura immediately. Chico is a mixed breed and I wasn’t sure exactly what kind of cut I should get for him but Laura gave great advice and his haircut looks awesome! Laura gave me updates on their progress and when I came to pick Chico up she gave me feedback on his behavior. She even sent me some very cute pictures of him during his bath and cut! I will definitely be working with What the Fluff again for all of Chico’s haircuts and I am so glad I found them.

The only spot I go to in the state! The staff is wonderful and is absolutely easy to work with, and most importantly, they’re very good to my little man, Gizmo! They’re prompt, and the communication they have is awesome! Not to mention, they do an amazing job with taking care of him😁 if I could give 10 stars I would!

they did awesome with Loki and he looked perfect and he enjoyed himself so we made another appointment so he could look jazzy again.
