Michael's Pet Grooming and Boarding

My dog syoer is a bit bully and a rescue. With that being said he is a bit Skittish around people he does not know. It took me and my family a while to get him comfortable to us, but we knew all he needed was love. To our surprise, we tried to take him to other pet groomers, and they declined to work with him I’m so grateful for Mike Because he took our rescue, gave him a bath with no issues he actually gave a compliment on how playful and good he was. Thants amazing service!

I cannot recommend Mike’s Pet Grooming enough for their exceptional grooming services. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that they truly care about every pet they work with. My 9 year old mini schnauzer has been with Mike for about 7 years. The grooming is thorough, with meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring my dog not only looked fantastic but also felt comfortable throughout. Mike and his staff are top notch.

We have never had anything negative to say about Michael. He is very good at communicating, he takes very good care of the dogs while they are there. It's the only place we take Luna and Mindy any more. He is very decently priced. He also does pet grooming among other services. He is very kind and professional. Drop off and pick up are easy no hassle. And Luna and Mindy are always in great.condition when we pick up. Today was the first time I picked up because my husband is has always been the one to pick up and drop off and I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Michael for always taking good care of our fur babies!

Dropped off my dog for the first time. Not long after they called me to get her because she was very stressed out and they couldn't groom her. Once I got her out of the crate she was fine. Michael said he'd be happy to try again a different day. So I agreed. This time we didn't put her in a crate, just state to the bath. And she was fine. The simple fact that he was willing to make an accommodation for her was just above and beyond. And it's the best groom my dogs gotten. Will definitely be taking her back.

I have not been here, this post is for the owner to read. The only responses you've made are to negative reviews. I highly suggest responding to some of the 3 or 4 star reviews as well. It won't look like you're just trying to get good reviews and make excuses for bad ones. I am not saying that you are by any means btw, but that impression might occur. I am currently looking for another groomer, as my dogs are 100+ lb German Shepherds. The both of them are happy friendly dogs, but they shed a lot. So finding a good groomer to get rid of the excess fur is tough, as they need extra work. Respond to this review and maybe another one or two, it'll make for good publicity. [Those negative reviews hurt, but things happen. I'll be the first to admit that we all make mistakes. It doesn't seem like you guys mishandled your clients, or their babies, so I'm not worried about that!]

Michael was amazing. He took my call at around 8 am and told me to bring my dog to him at 9. Even though my dog was a little rambunctious and nervous for being his first time he did an amazing job. Was very happy with his service and customer care. Will definitely recommend him to everyone.

I have been told about Michael’s Grooming for some time, but like most of the world, we as people tend to stick with what we know. I decided to give Michael’s a try because my regular Groomer(whom I love) has been unavailable. He gave Zoe an appointment with in a day.(big +) When I dropped Zoe off she was stand offish(like her owner) but it was new to her. He made me feel good about leaving her with him, he even boreded her over night with no problem. Thank you Michael, Zoe will be returning Yolanda and Zoe Matthews
