First thing you notice is nobody at the counter because she's always working with someone's pet . It's the way it should be for the business. You might hear an occasional bark here and there but thier happy barks. I come for the cat nail trim. She's fast .Hou6t

Second time taking my dog Kailua here and they do a fantastic job ! And decent price! How cute is her little bow! 😍

We’ve been going here for nails for a while and it’s been great but this was the first time going with the new owners and it was completely different. First they have increased their prices from $5 to a whopping $17 for a nail trim. Second in the pictures below on some nails they got very close to the quick and on others they left some nail skirting off. Just felt like it was carelessly done especially for the insane price increase. I will not be returning unfortunately.

We have taken our little cutie here three times now. She gets nervous at the groomer, but they do a nice job of making her feel at ease. They are very attentive and always on time. Our pup always comes out looking like a dog model. We will continue to take her here.

Incredible service! Took my dog for a groom and they were able to provide a full service cut, bath, nails, teeth and even a nice little bandana for him. They go above and beyond and the price was great, I would highly recommend.

My dog looked great after the pet grooming service, though the price is a bit steep for regular use. The groomer was gentle and professional, making it a solid option when your pet needs extra care.
