It was a terrible experience; my dog didn't end up looking like a Yorkie, he looks like a lion.
Santiago is a great person to work with when it comes to my puppy's grooming. He is great with my pup and does a wonderful job plus my little puppy is also very comfortable with him.
Horrible horrible customer service. They used to have good groomers but not anymore. Do not DO NOT bring your pets here. The groomers there currently don’t know what they’re doing. I called corporate and filled an official complaint.
Dana did an amazing job. She asked questions about how we wanted Maddox groomed and did an amazing job. Very friendly and attentive. Great service.
They are very nice and good! 4 stars only cause my dog needed shedded and we had to do a lot more when we got home. Again they normally are really good
Santiago was great and took great care of our hound dog Luna. She came out from her "spa day" fresh and they did an amazing job trimming her nails. This was our first visit and we will be back again!
My groomer, Brenna, does an excellent job with our extra small yorkie. She works quickly and always follows my instructions for what I want done. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and I am always able to get an appointment. Thanks for doing a great job with my precious pup!
