PetSmart Grooming

We've usually had good luck with PS groomers. We thought we had one that did a great job on our Wheaton Terrier. Until this visit. They were done in less time than quoted and Penny came home looking like someone was cutting bubblegum out of her hair! I know her legs were matted and told the groomer if she had to go closer than usual we'd expect that. Little did I know, not only was she shaved down to nothing but I was charged for de-matting!!! There was no dematting or extra time spent as she came home with a rough cut. Not only on her poor legs, but the hair on her middle looks like a rush job. I'm very disappointed and only have a 3 for past visits. I will be going elsewhere.

Oh my gosh. This was one of the best experiences my little girl has had for a while. She looked so good and so happy after her grooming. I recommend this PetSmarts groomers to anyone.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Keely in grooming. She handled my senior dog with so much kindness and respect. Though she could not finish the grooming service due to my dog’s high anxiety, she showed so much compassion and understanding. Thank you Keely.

My dog loves going there. He gets his claws trimmed, sometimes a bath and teeth brushed.

This place is a joke. Walking clinic, but if you have a cat you got to schedule an appointment??????? The reasoning is they only have one cat groomer. All I wanted was ears cleaned and nails clipped.

My mochi got her nails clipped, and ears washed 🥰 the staff is amazing with her when I bring her in

I brought my two dogs in to be groomed. I had waited too long and one was terribly matted. Skylar was very gracious, and did a great reset on him. The other one got a really nice clip from Marya. Both groomers were friendly and professional and treated my dogs well.
