The Pet Spa has provided care for three of my dogs. I have enormous respect and trust that my pups have been treated well. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Mariah is a wonderful business woman and an excellent groomer.

I love the Pet Spaw, I have been taking my dogs here for years and Mariah and her staff always do a wonderful job. I am confident that my pets are treated extremely well, and my dog comes back to me looking amazing! Grateful to have this business in our community.

They did such a good job with my little dog and did exactly what I asked for. I also love that the dogs roam around and aren’t kept in a kennel all day! I did have to make my appointment a month in advance because they are so busy, so keep that in mind!

I have been coming to pet spa since it opened almost nine years ago. Every time I have come here I feel as if the service has been above the bar. My dogs love to come and play with the other dogs while they are waiting to get groomed. The employees are always more than willing to help and i can always talk to the owner about my needs and wants with my furry little friend. This place is your one stop pet grooming destination in Laramie and i would highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Even though my dogs have been clients for years my new dog is not because the other 2 have passed. I loved pet spaw because they were bever rough with my dogs. Just makes me sad. Was told they would put me on a cancelation list but could be years.

They were able to get my border collie in right away when I couldn't get him in with his other groomer. They did such a wonderful job with my dog with all his hair they made him look amazing. I will definitely be taking my dogs in again

I used to take my old dog here every other month. And Mariah was always so nice and helpful. But there was one lady there who I just finally got fed up with and stopped going to them. She was horribly rude, chastising, and just plain dumb when it comes to animals. My dog had had a tumor removed from her paw and it had been a few weeks, so there was new skin growth, but also a large exposed section that we were keeping wrapped up. I called ahead of time to make sure that this was not going to be a problem. And reiterated it when I dropped her off. Mariah assured me it would not be. When I picked my dog up, that lady, blonde, brash, I can't remember her name, screamed at me and asked if I knew that my dog had an open wound on her foot. She had to have taken the bandage off in order to wash her, so obviously, yes I knew. Plus I had had the surgery done and was changing bandages twice a day. Yes, I knew. Then told me she had poured over it and soaked it in hydrogen peroxide! Killing the few weeks worth of new skin growth and scabbing that had come in. And my poor dog had to sit there in pain through this! I was furious! After having had a few other similar experiences with this woman, that was it. I was done. Haven't gone back since. As far as I have heard, this woman is still working there.
