The morning after we had taken our dog here for the first time, Goose developed an extremely bright red raised rash between both eyes. My husband and I called Fluffy Puppies to simply ask if anything would be causing this. The front desk handed the phone to the groomer Maya and she was extremely defensive, talking over us & saying how if something happened we would’ve been told. Calling in to simply ask what could’ve caused this (a cut, a fragrance spray, soap, etc.) is not an attack. It’s not a coincidence that this develops right after taking Goose to fluffy puppies and it was handled with 0 regard. We will never be back.

We took our dog to a park and realized he wasn't wearing his harness. We ended up here and the owner was so sweet! She helped us find a cute harness and gave our dog some treats that he loved! You can tell she loves what she does!

Great place, great owner! I prefer my pets over most people and have enjoyed pets my entire life. Thus, my unwavering trust and appreciation for Fluffy Puppies is not given lightly, or without experience. I highly recommend friends and neighbors support this small, dedicated, and ethical business. Good people there.

I have been going to Fluffy Puppies for 6 years. Susie and staff are wonderful, caring and very attentive to our dog Lexi. Maya does a fantastic job grooming her. She always looks so beautiful. I would highly recommend Fluffy Puppies for grooming and day care. Everyone there will give you A++ service.

Stopped at Fluffy Puppies another day for the first time, what a cute place. Very well organized shop that has a little bit of everything in it, they do a great job at selecting good products. Very cute supplies (leashes, collars, Dog beds), and I was so happy to see fresh raw dog food there that my pup loves! They also have grooming and day care for small dogs. Susie is wonderful and answered all our questions patiently. Can't wait to bring our dog to day care!

Riley is 9 years old and has been going to fluffy puppy since he was a puppy. . I am so happy with the services they provide in a clean, and safe environment. The staff is very friendly and always greet Riley with a smile. I buy his teats there . He loves them and they are very healthy.Its a great shop.

My 2 beagles LOVE Suzy and Maya. We drive a bit farther now but it’s totally worth it! They are kind, honest and truly care about your pets. You won’t regret going here!
