Petco Grooming

Shannon and Amber were great help when we arrived. Both were patient and understanding when I gave them some details of Fluff’s health as an older dog. They both assured me that she’d be in great hands with Shannon and they did not disappoint. My dog looked so happy when I came back to get her. Shannon assured me that she took her time and gave Fluff breaks as she needed them. She gave me some tips on her care and what to ask about at the vet for the next time I take her in. They did a wonderful job and I am so happy she will have a consistent groomer that will give lots of love and care during appointments. Also, the gentleman at checkout was very helpful and friendly. He gave me info on the membership program and got me signed up right away. After moving to Lawrence only a few months ago, I am grateful to encounter people such as these. Thank you!!!

Rear nail was clipped too close to quick and my dog won’t walk on it 2 days later. Dominique didn’t even attempt front nails. Did not follow the instructions I left for cutting fur either.

Always take my pup in for his bath and never leave disappointed. Crow and take care of sll his need and if puppy is happy, I am happy too. The availability of the food he likes is super, it makes it convenient for me, one stop shop for his needs.

I was apprehensive about bringing my dog in to get his nails trimmed. He won't let me do it otherwise I wouldn't bring him in. I seem to forget this woman's name for the life of me but I appreciate her nature. She is firm, loving, and dedicated! I can't believe I ever second-guessed her capacity for love and care. She is incredible and handles my terrier-tude Chewie with love, care, and firmness! We need more providers who can hold their ground with love and she comes across as very heart centered! I'm excited to bring my Mini Labradoodle in! My doodle had a traumatizing experience with a local mobile groomer who essentially sliced her neck during the session. This is the ONLY pet groomer I trust with my dogs! I'll follow this lady wherever she goes next with grooming!

The groomers are so caring . I always know that my dog will be well cared for at the grooming salon.

I was expecting that busters coat was going to need to be cut short all over and that was fine due to some matting, the employee confirmed that I wanted to the schnauzer groomed face and she had said that wasn’t a problem because there was no matting on his face. I had assumed "this is where I went wrong" that she would leave his beard long the way it was. But no, when I came back to pick him up his whole coat was choppy and uneven, looked horrible over all, and then I noticed most of his beard was cut off. I know it will grow back but still, one should confirm with the customer if it’s ok before doing something so drastic to their dogs face.
