Before and after! I know he was a mess but they said he did really good which I figured! But they were very nice! Took good care of stickers! He smelled amazing looked amazing! It was $132 out the door with a flea treatment to! Thank you so much! And I will be back this is his new groomer for sure!

Got my cat in and out with no trouble in five minutes! She has terrible anxiety and they handled her so well she didn’t even cry!! 🥰

Very pleased with the service for my almost 2 year old Pomeranian that had NEVER been groomed. He was a bit of a monster with me but he needed a brush out and cut BAD. I did not want him shaved or clippers used and they did an amazing job. He looked amazing!!!

Been sitting in my car for 35 minutes waiting for someone to show up. I arrived 5 minutes early as a courtesy to them. This happens often but usually only 5-10 late. Will see if they call to apologize as I am leaving a message on their machine. It’s been 1.5 days since I wrote the first paragraph. I have not heard a word from the groomer - no apology, no explanation. We had been customers with two dogs for over 15 years. Guess they don’t care so we don’t either. Took both dogs to Pets Smart today. Very impressed with how friendly and clean the place was. Also I think their cuts were better. Not sorry to be leaving Platinum Paws in the rear view mirror.

Great staff, they trimmed what needed to be trimmed. My dog is a 85 lbs large dog, he was happy and he even had a bandana around his neck. 😄

They do a great job. My aging orange cat is much more comfortable with a summer shave.
