The groomer butchered my dog and said it was because he had knots. My friend noticed Jack's head was smaller than the rest of him. His ears had been cut to the skin and uneven. The right side of his face was left longer than the rest. I had taken him to the vet for a routine ckeckup 2 days prior. NO KNOTS FOUND. Lack of accountability for a BAD job!
Erin was so sweet and professional. She made my little girl look so good for her spay appointment! Already booked my dog’s next appointment.
