Today 09/10/2024 I took my dog Thor, a giant schnauzer for the first time to your salon. I was happy because I received a call with an appointment sooner than I had expected. The staff, from the phone call to when I got there were friendly. Came to this place even though they charged me double the money than at other salons because I saw it had good reviews and references. Clearly it was a mistake. My baby since he got back from the groomer doesn’t stop shaking his head and scratching one ear like it bothers him. I was very clear and detailed regarding the grooming including his ears, but he came back with his ears FULL of hair and very dirty. I’m very disappointed. I hope my dog doesn’t develop an ear infection, which he has never had.
I have taken my dogs for grooming several times and they always look great! The people are friendly and are knowledgeable about animals. They are definitely my go to for all services. I have a new dog that needs training so I will take her there if I am unsuccessful with training her myself.
