Petco Grooming

I thought the grooming was quick and very good. However, I had to use the restroom before getting my dog’s nails trimmed. Your steel door on the restroom, was way too hard for me to open, and I actually had to call the store and have somebody come open it for me. I think if it were about 10 or 15 pounds lighter I could’ve gotten it. You might think about that. Thanks!

I have a German Shepherd, she is smaller than your normal for that breed but still get charged for a large dog pricing for her groom. My boyfriend has a dog as well and she is a mixed breed and has hair like a husky. We typically get a bath with the shed release package. Seem that this time around they only got bathed but we’re not brushed because they came back still with patches/clumps of hair on their hips and are now shedding way much more than the normal. The store where the service was provided was at the store located at 420 E Fm 3040 Ste 680 Lewisville, TX 75067. I had already expressed my significant other me not being too fond of this location because they’re are also rude but my boyfriend chose to continue to go here for our dogs groom and now he agrees the service is not of quality here.

I was a little nervous about getting my dog groomed for the first time. But Sloan was patient, and seemed very kind even after being there all day. She had a great attitude and did an amazing job on the haircut and everything included in the package! My dog didn’t seem anxious when I picked her up either. Just a happy little dog! I will definitely be back! 😊

Patrick loves his groomer Emily! The feeling is mutual, she always scoops him up and is happy to see him. He marches right into grooming area and is happy to be there. I do not worry about him being in there or how he will look after his grooming. This is a great Petco and all of the staff are beyond helpful. They care about Patrick like I care about Patrick.

I’ve taken my 4 yo cavachon here twice for grooming with Emily and Sloan. They’re both great stylists, very friendly and kind. My dog looks great after his grooming hair cuts and they really do pay close attention to details.

It doesn’t be too good of visit the times I have visit. Visit on yesterday with a 1 yr old Yorkie mixed , I’m aware he’s not use to groomers, he’s a baby. I brought him for a toe nails cut because the inner claws , they started curving. Even if my nails are long they get tender. But he was not bleeding before I brought him so if they couldn’t do it ,they should’ve told me . I would’ve just took him to the vet instead. But it wasn’t a pleasant experience and I’m sure he’s not the only puppy that’s not use to groomers. But thank you.

Petco Grooming takes exceptional care of my baby, Lady. And she always smells amazing! Auriana takes great care of her!
