Unprofessional & unapologetic. Waited a week to have my dog groomed. Took him in at 10am as requested and received a call at 2pm telling me they were not grooming him because he showed signs of aggression. I suppose I'd be a bit aggressive also had I been locked in a 2×4 cage for 4 hours!! I had to reschedule my afternoon at work!! No apology was offered for such a HUGE inconvenience!
