Very inexperienced groomers. They don't listen to instructions. They just shave, distractedly, leaving chunks of hair at random spots, completely uncut. They don't know the breeds of dogs, or how to cut like their breed. I think they're just random, untrained applicants off the street.
Keilani was great with our puppy. Charley had a great first bath, and will be back!
