The Poodle Shop

The Poodle Shop is the only place I would ever take my dog to get groomed. My dog Jasper has been seeing Mallory since 2023, she is wonderful, professional and always listens to your requests on how you want your dog to be groomed. I know my dog is in good hands since he gets excited to arrive at the shop and knows all the staff. Kelli is also amazing! If you want your dog to be groomed properly and by staff you can trust, I highly recommend the Poodle Shop for all grooming services. Mallory and Kelli you are wonderful, thank you for all that you do!

My dogs just had their first groom with Raven today. Raven is exceptionally skilled with corded breeds and they did an amazing job on my pups! They showed a lot of care both with my senior dog and with my puppy and I know they made my dogs comfortable and happy. Both dogs look and feel amazing! I would highly recommend working with them and I look forward to my next appointment.

The groomers are kind and communicative. They take great care of my pups. My border terriers needed to be hand stripped and I think they did a great job. Hand stripping can be time consuming so I’m glad I found groomers that can handle it!

Wasn’t honest and upfront about shive accidents. I was happy to be fit when I called about my poodle cut but that quickly turned into disappointment after waiting four and a half hours for my poodle only for him to return with visible icks! I didn’t even take a picture of his abdomen! This is a 165$ service I tipped 10$ and this was never mentioned to me, not a discount, not a "I made a mistake" this is not good service, what if he was accidentally cut would I be notified? I hate this happened . This is one day after service

Worst experience ever. I should have listened to my instincts. I wanted to try a new groomer closer to me. Never should have. I brought my shih tzu in for grooming. 1st, the place was a mess, hair everywhere. It took the owner forever to come up to great me. I swear she ripped all of the hair in my dogs ears. Because of that not only did he get a raging ear infection, the inside flap of my dogs ears are almost black and scaley. I have been to the vet 2 times, and $400.00 later, I'm still dealing his ear. My dog has been miserable. My 3rd appointment is this week again. My vet is doing everything possible to get rid of the infection which seems to have spread. I will NEVER step foot in that place again, EVER.

Staff is super friendly. They got my dog Willow in on short notice for a nail trim. In and out! They made an easy lifetime customer out of me!
