I have been using Phadra (owner) for over 5 years. She always does a great job with the services provided. Most important is her approach to Zeus (our senior dog) 🐶💕. She treats him like he is her own. Highly recommend!
Phadra does an incredible job with my Goldendoodle! She always takes such great care of him and every time I pick him up he looks amazing!!! She is speedy, efficient, and really cares for all of the dogs she sees. I will always recommend Prancing Puppy to anyone!
Phardra always does a great job on my dog. She’s provided me with suggestions for maintaining his coat and is punctual so your pet doesn’t have to sit around waiting.
Phadra is the absolute best groomer I’ve ever worked with. I have been taking my goldendoodle to her regularly for 5 years, and we even travel all the way up from Castle Rock just to have her groomed! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is professional, great with communication, and very cost friendly compared to other groomers in the area. To top it off, she is so gentle and sweet to my dog. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
We love the Prancing Puppy and are so excited for Phadra to have her own shop! We’ve been clients for over 3yrs and have followed her. Wrigley is happy to go and hangout at the salon with her friends, no anxiety or tears getting her there. She always comes back looking her most glamorous (Phadra does the best doodle cuts!) and seems to have enjoyed herself. Can’t recommend enough, two thumbs and two paws up!!
Phadra does a phenomenal job. We take both our dogs here. It is affordable, low stress, and they always leave looking their best.
Absolute nightmare. Brought my small dog for a grooming with Phadra, scheduled this appointment a month ago. Was told will be ready in 2 hrs, came back to pick up my pup after 2 hrs. No where even close to be done, she had my pup locked in a cage for over 2 hrs, hasn't been even washed yet. Super negative, said I have other dogs as well to groom, then don't make an appointment just to lock them up in a cage for hours & be cruel to animals. Phadra is not even close being kind to animals. Our entire experience with her was very negative & we won't be back. I don't recommend this groomer to anyone.
