Pet Spa Grooming

Absolutely a wonderful experience! Listened to why I was interested in changing groomers when I came there. Obviously took notes and when the appointment came a couple weeks later, we received the cutest feedback from them regarding their experience with her, how are pet reacted and areas to be aware of with her. The haircut was perfect and even if it hadn’t been, I truly felt they were looking to get to that level by their approach and listening skills. Great to have such a great service experience! Also we loved that we could see what was going on in the facility and how the dogs were reacting to each other and it wasn’t chaos which I understand can’t always be controlled. A+++

We love Pet Spa Grooming so much! We have been bringing our dogs to them for over 10 years. Our Malamute loves to see Anneliese!! It’s almost embarrassing how excited she gets. But they are so patient with her and she always looks so good after her bath and blowout 🩷

We recently made the difficult decision to leave this grooming salon after years of bringing our dog here. Unfortunately, the scheduling/texting system became very frustrating & unreliable for us-including receiving a text as late as 9:30 PM to schedule an appointment, only to arrive & find he wasn’t actually on the books. That was disappointing + stressful. What ultimately led us to move on, however, was realizing after trying a new pet spa how uneven some of Buddy’s haircuts had been, & how irritated his skin often seemed after grooming. As a Shih Tzu w/ sensitive skin + ears, we also became concerned about how frequently he seemed prone to ear irritation after visits. We truly appreciate the care Buddy received over the years, but once we experienced a salon with more consistent grooming quality, gentler skin care, & better communication, the difference was hard to ignore. We’re sharing this feedback in hopes it may help improve both scheduling & grooming practices for other pet parents.

We were honestly afraid to bring in our lab/Golden rescue as we've heard horror stories about some of the groomers. We were extremely happy we did! Mantis needed a coat blow out and the results are amazing. Very friendly staff as well and most of the spa is open so you can see what's going on. Highly recommend!

We brought our girls in to be groomed on Saturday, it was our first time here and we were very impressed! They took great care of Zelda and Sammus and even got them out a little early for us. They looked great, smelled great and clearly felt the confidence of their new looks. We will be back 💕

We just visited Pet Spa Grooming for the first time with our Bernese Mountain Dog and I couldn’t be happier! The staff was amazing and did a fantastic job grooming our dog. We cannot believe how good she looks. I highly recommend Pet Spa Grooming, we won’t go anywhere else.

6/27 (ziggy’s 6th bday) - the lady who groomed our poms today was spectacular. Belinda (black, 10 yr) looks like baby cub & Zigmund Best groom for a Pomeranian I’ve ever had in 32 years of Pom ownership. Thank you :)!! Props to pet spa on making the experience a 10/10 for safety including CDC guidelines.
