Fritzy's Pet Care Pros

We are very pleased with the gal from Fritzy’s who groomed our German Shepherd, Bella. We were concerned as Bella is an older dog and "Pet Smart " wouldn’t even take her because they thought it would be too traumatizing for her. Bella got right in the van with out hesitating. She really needed a lot done including her nails badly needing to be cut. She got the full treatment and was wagging her tail when she was done. Will definitely call them again!!

Made an appointment, called off work to make the appointment. She cancelled on me. Made a second appointment and it happened again. Idk how her work is but she is not professional when it comes to showing up. Two cancellations, I had to call off work twice. Nothing but a sorry and would I like to schedule another appointment. Why so you can cancel that one too? No thank you

The cat expert they sent out was very good. He might have been a little rough with my cat it seemed like he treated her like a dog when she's just a dainty female cat. But I like the guy and II tipped him well.

The van came to my house which I loved...Heidi was very kind and she did an excellent job...I will use your mobile service and grooming services again for my four cats...the price was reasonable...thank you for your help and your services...Darlene A

I gave my dog to this lady that was 2 hours late and when I told her I want a light trim and not bald she completely shaved my dog bald it took everything In me not to go off on the lady please don't ruin your beautiful dog here kinda feel like she took advantage of me being a young black guy with a cute dog and did it on purpose.

These people are so ridiculously Unprofessional I made an Appointment for my dog to get a breed cut they gave me a price and said I had to wait about two week for a groomer to make it to me I waited and called of work to get my dogs groom done they then called me to tell me groomer called out sick and won’t be able to make it reschedule me for a week later and never called to tell me that agin the groomer called in sick I had to call myself to listen to the non sense that only made their services look worse they said that they would possibly make it out the next day but won’t be able to give my dog the haircut I asked for which was a breed cut just a puppy cut or a shave down keep in mind I have a poodle they also stated that a 10 dollar discount was the only option after they had already offered that the previous time which was very frustrating considering the discount amount and their poor way of explaining the situation won’t ever get a groom from them or recommend this place and I’m glad I didn’t leave my puppy with such ignorant human beings .
