Legacy Grooming

They have always taken fabulous care of my toy Aussie! She is an anxious breed and difficult to groom, but they are always patient and kind to her! All of the staff in the salon are great. Will continue to bring my dog here as long as I’m in Lubbock!

Brought my dogs in today to get groomed they strapped a muzzle on his face tight enough that it cut off circulation. Had to take my dog to the vet and they said it was trauma related they did not want to show me footage said that their camera was just for show staff left early so didn’t get a chance to speak to the groomer that was responsible then they refused to give me name and numbers to those individuals. Sweetest dog you’d ever meet just has that basset hound vocal loves to talk no reason to be treated that way. Accidentally or not should have informed me before I paid now my best friend is on sedatives and possibly looking at permanent eye damage absolutely disgusting.

We took our one year old Milo to Legacy Groomers yesterday on National Puppy Day! This was his first official hair cut and he got the works. The staff was so friendly. The shop smelled nice. It was a great experience and we look forward to having our dog groomed here once a month. I would recommend this business.

It's the only place I'll take mine to get nails done. Amber is so gentle and careful with my babies. They love to see her.

I can't help but to laugh at this place. I dropped my dogs off this is the second time I took them here. My husband had to pick them up for me. They told him my dog was showing old age because he wouldn't let her brush his hair out or something like that. So instead of calling me asking me what to do they took it upon themselves to just shave him 😳😳 like what?? Seriously this disgusted me to the core. If they would have called me I would have told them he wasn't comfortable with whoever was doing it he has acted that way before and they would just leave him be and explain to me. but since 2018 not once has someone shaved him like this..watch where you take your babies. I have been waiting to calm down before posting cause God knows I wanted to be so hateful

These ladies do top-notch work! I’ve taken them our springer spaniel and my mom’s mini-Aussie. They always come back looking their most beautiful and happy to have visited their groomer friends. They always give the trim we ask for. These ladies even kindly developed a custom cut for our special-needs spaniel! We highly recommend these groomers!

I’ve groomed dogs before and I can tell you legacy groomer did horrible job on our standard poodle. There is gaps of hair between her legs that didn’t even get trimmed! Tons of hair between her paws that weren’t cut. Notches of hair never cut on her belly. Her ears were not even touched and were filthy. They cut her top notch way shorter than I requested. When I checked her I was already an hour away from Lubbock where i live. I immediately called them and they refused to make it right!!
