Bark Avenue Grooming and Boarding

Bark Avenue in Lumberton is absolutely amazing! They are so professional, always go above and beyond, and are literally the sweetest people. Not to mention, they do a fantastic job every single time! I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care and grooming!

Bark Avenue provided a safe opportunity for our dogs to play for the day without worry. I appreciate the team answering all our questions, taking the time to show the facility prior to dropping off our dogs. They sent photos and videos which added comfort they were doing well even without us. We appreciate the team opening their business to new locals when we needed them suddenly. We feel comfortable and confident using them for future overnight stays, doggie daycare and any grooming needs we may have for our dogs. We are so thankful to find such an incredible business right here in our new town. Highly recommend this business for your dogs if your ever in need.

My sweet dog, Buddy, was able to be boarded for an entire week at Bark Avenue as well as be groomed on the day we picked him up. Which was so convenient!! We had the best experience with the kindest staff. And unfortunately, Buddy is acting like he is bored and missing his furry friends now that he’s home. LOL. We will definitely be back!! I cannot thank Heather, Dan and the Bark Avenue staff enough for the incredible care they gave my pups while I was away on deployment. From the moment we arrived, I felt completely at ease knowing they had been in such loving and capable hands. The staff went above and beyond, the kind of customer experience that makes you a customer for life. Not only did they provide exceptional care and attention to my fur babies, but they also helped me load a giant kennel into the back of the truck without hesitation (and with a smile!). That kind of kindness and customer service is rare and it meant so much to me. My dogs came home happy, healthy, clearly loved on and ready for a nap! It was such a relief to know there’s a place in town like Bark Avenue where pets are treated like family. Highly recommend to anyone needing trustworthy and compassionate boarding. 🐾🩷

BarkAve did a fantastic job! They were so kind and genuine! The place smelled amazing like crazy good inside and was SPOTLESS!! Al the pups looked like they loved the boarding the kennels and playroom were HUGE! If your thinking about boarding use them if your thinking about grooming USE THEM!!! My dog Sammy looks amazing!
