I love to take my two dog to this place. I have a 14 year old shypzu and he love to have his haircut. My Labrador Retriever enjoy his bath and haircut. Leann is awesome with all the pets, she is kind, take good care of your pets. I recommend her to all of you.

This lady is SUPER SUPER RUDE. Always has something to say when I would take dog in, complains about the littlest things. She always insists on leaving a tip instead of having change on hand. Again, why would I tip someone who is rude & has bad customer service? Definitely would not recommend, will never ever return. Super glad we found someone else who has better costumer service.

I've always had great service using fur babies. Leann loves all animals and is caring. She does a fantastic job. 5 stars all the way I also wanted to comment on Erica Hafens review. As she left a meaningless review . She has never used the service so to leave a review is strange. It was just hateful to attack a business you haven't used. And when ur neighbor is being attacked by your friends dog you have the right to scream at 7 am. As Erica laughed at her poor leann. So again her service and company is great.

The owner has been a bit impatient and hasn't been clear about her business model, so I'll provide some clarification for those considering bringing their fur baby to LeAnn: Payment Method: LeAnn only accepts payments through Venmo, and possibly other payment apps. It's important to know this upfront. Payment Release: If someone other than you (spouse or partner) is picking up your pup, LeAnn will only release the dog after receiving payment. So make sure that is coordinated prior to pickup. Appointment Duration: The scheduled appointment lasts for one hour. It's recommended to either arrive early or exactly an hour later when picking up your dog. Holding the dog beyond the hour is challenging for LeAnn. Timely Communication: LeAnn expects prompt responses. If she messages you, try to reply within 5 minutes to avoid receiving multiple impatient text messages. Leash Behavior: Ensure your dog knows how to behave on a leash. If your dog gets overly excited when taken outside to pee, it poses a risk of injury to LeAnn. Clear communication and adherence to these guidelines will help create a smooth experience for both you and LeAnn. Beyond that, the haircut was fine.

We were very happy with our visit. Our 2 year old lab isn't the easiest to clip nails on, but he was handled with such care, calmness, and a job well done. We will continue our visits here regularly.

We brought our Dog Onyx and the lady was so nice and professional. She made him look so handsome. She also gave us advise on things we can do to keep him from shedding alot. She will be my new dog groomer. 🙏
