I have brought many animals to them since I help volunteer at the West Valley Animal Shelter and they are a superb bunch! Everyone is so nice to the customers and are really good with cats or dogs. All the animals I've brought them are happy and tidy when their grooming is done. They've especially helped many a matted cats that come into the shelter and need to get shaved, really increasing their quality of life and change to grow back a mat-free coat!
They were extremely nice and helpful, as this was the first time taking our pups for their haircut and bath.
It's always good for our little dog to get a trim. Very nice look!

I have gone to this PetSmart for years. Love this place. Took my somewhat nervous Chihuahua to the PetSmart in West Valley and they did an amazing job. Even though my Chihuahua was a bit nervous and dramatic they took him on a walk in basis and his nails are well done and I am super happy with the PetSmart in West Valley.
