They aren’t careful cutting my dogs hair they left a big deep scar on the right hip , and said it was a scratch ? A scratch doesn’t make them walk side ways for a whole week. A scratch is something that doesn’t bother them a lot , And I saw my dog shaking when we walked in the store again as well. And they tried changing the subject on ticks , um ticks don’t leave a 4 inch straight line. Another lady that worked there was rude on both times I saw her when she charged me and when I made a complain nicely I just left when I didn’t wanna argue. It’s not worth it I’m never taking my dog again.

Best place to get your dog groomed. They take care of your dogs needs like if they are your children 🙂 the groomer is beautiful and does an amazing job.

Took my dog last Friday and the groomer cut her throat with clippers and left large cut and did not tell me about the injury. I am so thru with Bath Time Dog Salon.

Dont take your dog to this place!! I had always taken my dog there before and was very disappointed with service was not to standards..i dropped my dog at 11am and at 4pm my dog was not ready yet. The manager acted with not urgency, maybe new management because i had not seen the persons there before also had over scheduled dogs and she could not commit to her service.

I do not recommend , very uneducated people, would not take my bull terrier because of his breed, he is a service dog who visits cancer patients, kids and elderly, what a shame. IGNORANT
