Great experience! Last weekend I took both of my dogs a Miniature Schnauzer and German Shepherd. My Miniature Schnauzer has been to Pawsitively Clean a couple of times and I notice that he's happy to enter the dog grooming salon. Compared to a different grooming salon, in which I don't want to name, he would get nervous and would be scared to enter the building. My German Shepherd, who is 9 years old, had his first grooming at Pawsitively Clean. He's never been groomed throughout his entire life. I really appreciated the care and patience they had grooming him. They would send me photos of his progress when they were grooming him and they would accommodate to his needs to make him feel comfortable. I would bring both of dogs again! Also, I really liked that I was able to speak to the groomer before and after my dogs would get groomed, and any questions that I had they were more than happy to explain. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend dog owners to come and try out the services of Pawsitvely Clean!!
We’ve been going to Pawsitively Clean since they first opened and we absolutely love them! As neighbors in Tres Lagos, it’s so nice having a place nearby where we fully trust leaving our babies. Julie and her staff are AMAZING and so patient with all three of our dogs especially Teddy, our crazy puppy 😂🐶 They genuinely care about the dogs and you can tell they treat them like their own. They always listen to all my concerns, even when I’m being a psycho dog mom about smells, shampoos, itching, shedding, or wanting them to smell good for 10 business days straight 🤣 They never make me feel annoying and are always super sweet and understanding. Cody, Molly, and Teddy always come home looking adorable, smelling SO good, and happy. Teddy especially gets so much love from everyone there. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and you can really tell they put love into what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer that truly cares about your pets ❤️🐾
This place is AMAZING! Julie and her team take such great care of our puppy. She is always so excited for her appointments, which says everything about how loving and welcoming they are. They do an incredible job every time, and we always leave happy. Highly recommend!
