PetSmart Grooming

In the past I had some frustrations with groomers here, but in 2024 they have renewed my confidence in the grooming salon, especially with the great service from Mehana. She is very professional with me and my labradoodle, and he loves her too. It's important that dogs and their owners have a good relationship with their groomer, especially when they visit every 6 weeks. I highly recommend this Petsmart for grooming.

I would NOT recommend PetSmart for grooming services. I took my toy poodle in for a simple bath and blow dry, but when I picked her up, she was unable to stand or walk. She was also very sick and throwing up all night. When I called PetSmart to ask if they had given her anything, they said no, but something was clearly wrong. They suggested it might have been stress, but Chanel gets bathed and groomed monthly, and this has never happened before.

AMAZING Manager! Cares for the dogs like her own! Called us concerned about our dog and handled it with top professionalism. Changed his food and gave him quiet time. Would totally trust her with my dog again!

Boarded my toy poodle for a weekend because of the one free night deal. Worst decision I've made. He caught an aggressive case of kennel cough and the vet bills ran about $400. Could've spent the money on nicer boarding and avoided all this! He came back matted, shaking, and coughing. The vet said kennel cough is common in unsanitary conditions, even if all the dogs are vaccinated. Would not recommend unless your dog is extra hardy. (Also no one seemed to know how he did while he was there; their "daily summary" was like two sentences long.

We have used the hotel several time in the past 2 years and have been happy...until yesterday. I boarded my 2 older furbabies for 2 nights over thanksgiving. They stay in the same kennel to keep each other company. They had blankets and toys with them. When I picked them up, I was given their blankets in a trash bag and was told they were a little wet and would need to be washed. When I got home and opened the bag, the blankets were still folded and were so soaked with urine that they were dripping and heavy. So,it appears to me that the blankets I sent with my babies were not even unfolded for them. One of my babies is only able to sleep if she's under a blanket.STRIKE ONE... As soon as we walked in the door they both headed straight to the water bowl and drank it dry. I filled it up again, and they drank that dry too. STRIKE TWO... This morning, one of my babies is so hoarse, that he can barely bark. I feel like they were put in the kennel and ignored until I picked them up. STRIKE THREE....I paid $150 for my babies to have sub par care and it infuriates me and hurts my heart. I won't be going back there and will make sure none of my friends take their babies there either. "For the love of pets"...what a crock!!

Groomers totally UNEXPERIENCED , messed my standard poodle up so badly he didn’t want to be in public & usually he prances around after good groom, he pooled me out of the store & straight into the car without even stopping for potty break. I was terrified to see what they did, money wasted, I have done a better job from just using YouTube videos fast education material. I am not the one to throw a fit, but I could barely contain myself. DEFINITELY NEVER GOING BACK. If you have a dog who needs a clip not just wash & brush, do yourselves a favor, find a good professional groomer, it will end up being cheaper & you’ll get a happy, beautiful dog back.

We boarded our dogs here at the hotel while we stayed the night in downtown Memphis. Our dogs had a good time here & the staff was super great!! They were very good to our dogs. They took a picture, also & emailed it to me. 😊 would definitely board my dogs here again!!
