I’ve been using them for years. Always had great results. I know some have said it is pricey especially for how quickly they get the job done. I just have to say this. You get what you pay for, and what you are paying for are the years of learning, perfecting and honing in on how to groom a pet as quickly as possible so they can be back at home as soon as possible. For MOST dogs grooming is not a fun time for them. It is probably a bit stressful so the quicker they are done I’m sure the happier is the dog. 🐕 So yeah, I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them. Cause I know if I had to wash, trim, cut true nail and deal with anal glands it gonna take me hours! My time is valuable too! Love Couture Pawz! 🐾

Went here because of the great reviews and our 18 year old dog was in and out pretty quickly. She seemed comfortable there and the gals said she did great. I asked for a kind of lions cut and they did an excellent job listening to my requests and doing a great job. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because I've never paid that much then adding a tip it's quite expensive. $65 is quite a lot for a 13 lb dog and it didn't take more than an hour. But like I said they did do a great job and seemed to treat her kindly which I truly appreciate. BEWARE NOW it's called Couture Pawz and IT'S REALLY REALLY BAD!!! Same address

My dog Pixie goes to Liz at this salon and my prior dogs (yorkies and schnauzers) have gone to her also. She is so great! Does such cute cuts and is VERY good with nervous and aging dogs. When I moved to Chandler, I found new everything (doctor, dentist, hair stylist) but I keep driving out to Mesa to see Liz. My dog loves her!!!

This place sucks now. We had been taking our dog to Elite Paw Spa for years. I guess these other people came in and took over. After giving it a few chances, it’s time to find a new place. We have found several cuts on ours dogs, and they act completely off for at least 24 hours after they get groomed there. We stopped taking our 13 year old dog there first because he has a heart condition, and we just didn’t feel comfortable with how he would be treated. The staff is pretty unfriendly, so it’s an obvious decision.

We took our two Aussies here and we were SO SO happy with how their grooming turned out. We were a little anxious about bringing one of our dogs here because of his temperament and how anxious he can get around new people. Overall the groomers said he did pretty okay. I was able to call and check up on them and they were very nice and informative about how they were doing. They listened to me when I gave them an idea for how I wanted them to be groomed and they look SO good. They gave us a time frame of when we can expect for them to be finished and they were right on time. We definitely will be bringing them here again. Thank you so much ladies for taking care of our babies!!! So so appreciate it.

The best! I love how they treat my dogs as their own. I never have to worry about them and always know they are in great hands. They always look great smell great and seem so happy their. The staff is awesome and they communicate and hear what you say. Some places treat their customers like it's a fast food restaurant (they don't listen or care what you say) but at elite they always double check and make sure everything is right! I have 3 dogs and elite is the ONLY place I take them to! Ps... these 2 guys never hold still for a photo so for erica to get these was awesome!

I'm always a walk in customer. I get both my dogs nails dremeled and the people are always friendly and accommodating. I feel like the nail service is a little pricey for 10 minutes work and not much product expense, but I'm happy with their work and will always be a returning customer. 😊
